Each RTC has its own independent Training Building with sufficient class rooms, hostel facilities etc. It conducts training for:-
- LS in supervision, technical, commercial and financial fields.
- General clerks, Commercial clerks, Meter Reader and Bill Distributor
- Line men and Assistant Line men
