5. TRAINING METHODOLOGY
 

These the courses being organized for improving the skills and increasing the professional knowledge of the trainees. Training Institute has internet access to 24 Hrs. and Library facility which provide an excellent learning environment. Experienced teachers and eminent guest speakers from corporate and public sectors resources persons in the training programmes.

Different teaching techniques are used at the college. The participants have an opportunity to lead and participate in group discussions syndicate exercises. Materials are provided to the trainees include training manuals and lecture notes.
