General Instructions

  1. A Cadet is admitted to the College only on the conditions that he will abide by the rules and regulations of the College and any infringement of rules and regulations will make him liable to expulsion.
  2. The College will not be held responsible for any illness, injury accident, disability or death while a cadet is on the roll of the College.
  3. Smoking is prohibited.
  4. Cadets are not allowed to keep the following items in the hostels:
    i. Transistor, TV Set, Video Game, Electric appliances, Personal Computer, Wireless radio and Mobile Telephones etc.
    ii. Unauthorized medicines / drugs.
    iii. Valuable and money except pocket money.
    iv. Weapons of any kind.
    v. Cigarettes, narcotics in any form.
    vi. Matches, burners, heaters etc.
    vii. Undesirable printed material.
    viii. Explosive / combustible material.
    ix. Musical Instruments.
    x. Mobile Telephone - If found with any Cadet, it will be confiscated and the Cadet will be fined accordingly.
  5. Cadets may be expelled from the College on account of the following offences: -

    i. Cheating, lying, stealing, gambling and immoral conduct.
    ii. Willfully and deliberately damaging the College property.
    iii. Keeping fire arms or knives of large size etc.
    iv. Breaking College bounds.
    v. Rudeness to the staff and seniors, rude behavior of the Cadet / Cadets' parents towards the staff.
    vi. Absenting from the Class and other College activities without proper reason
    vii. Being habitually unpunctual, untidy and slovenly.
    viii. Smoking, use of narcotics in any form.
    ix. Use of unfair means in test/examinations, even assisting others.
    x. Consistently giving poor performance in academics.
    xi. Guilty of any act of indiscipline / misconduct.

  6. Besides, there are other punishments, i.e. Extra drill, detention and fine etc. for minor offences as per College SOP.

  7. Once a cadet is expelled on account of above, he shall not be re-admitted.

IN ALL SUCH CASES, THE DECISION OF THE PRINCIPAL IS FINAL AND WILL NOT BE CHALLENGED IN ANY COURT OF LAW.
